The International Forum on Urbanism Committee appreciates your submission and looks forward to your attendance. Please note the important information below:

 

Paper Submission

 

Authors will be notified of the acceptance of full papers by July 15th 2013. Those who have received the notification of acceptance will be required to submit the paper before August 31st, 2013 with the indication of your code (don’t wait until the last days). Please be aware that papers will only be published if the participants have fulfilled the requirements of registration and payment.

As full papers will be published in the conference proceedings, please observe the following submission requirements for the preparation of the publication:

 

-        The full paper of maximum 10 pages in English and as a word –file (.doc not .docx). Graphics and other images should be included within the 10 pages.

 

-        An additional compressed package of all the original figures/images/pictures that you have imported into your paper in .jpg or .pdf files with the resolution of 200 dpi.  All imagery should be marked with the same figure number as they appear in the papers.

 

-         Please name the word file and all figures according to the following order:

 

                code_surname_first name_title/figure number.doc

                  Example word file:  A001_Smith_John_CREATIVERENAISSANCE.doc

                  Example figure:  A001_Smith_John_image001.jpg

Those authors whose communications have been accepted for the Full Paper Presentation should prepare their PowerPoint presentation for a maximum duration of 15 minutes, which will be presented in the parallel sessions.
