Hence, the College of Planning and Design of NCJU mandated the editorship to professor Horng-Chang Hsieh to lead a team to turn it into a book entitled Transforming Tainan: The Spatial Challenge of The Knowledge Economy. Again, this is another collaboration between the two institutions.
